The Phnom Penh Cocktail Festival returns to Sora, bringing together 16 acclaimed local and international bars to celebrate the 8th anniversary of Rosewood Phnom Penh.
Sixteen bars take part in the anniversary edition, including 9 international bars and 7 local bars, each presenting a signature cocktail priced at USD $8.
Set against sweeping city views, the festival offers a rare opportunity to experience diverse cocktail philosophies, regional ingredients, and contemporary techniques in one elevated setting.
