The US Embassy in Phnom Penh is accepting applications for the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) programme for the Spring Term 2026 (April 7 to June 1, 2026).
Are you an English language educator in Cambodia looking to expand your knowledge and network?
The OPEN (Online Professional English Network) programme is a US Department of State initiative that offers free, high-quality online courses and resources to English language educators worldwide. It enhances English teaching skills, fosters professional development, and promotes cross-cultural understanding through virtual exchanges and collaboration.
The embassy is offering this free virtual professional development programme with top US professors in the field of English language education.
Applications are now open.
