Keith is a non-executive director of the Securities & Futures Commission (SFC) and currently Senior Partner, Financial Services, Asia Pacific at EY. He has over 35 years' experience in the accounting profession and was previously the founder and first regional managing partner for the financial services business across Asia Pacific at EY.

He is co-chair of the Global Public Policy Bank Working Group and has served in leadership roles at the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Keith holds a BSc in Management Science from the University of Warwick, is a Fellow of ICAEW and HKSI and serves as Treasurer and board member of BritCham Hong Kong.
