The UK Skills Partnership (UKSP) and the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) will officially launch the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 10th March 2026.
The MoU establishes a framework for strengthened collaboration in skills development, technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and workforce readiness.
To advance this cooperation, the British Embassy Phnom Penh invites participants to join the UK–Cambodia Skills & TVET Forum 2026, where leaders from government, development partners, industry and training institutions will convene for a high-impact event.
The forum will highlight shared ambitions to improve the quality, relevance and accessibility of skills training, drawing on UK expertise and experience.
Venue: Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh
Date: Tuesday and Wednesday, 10th to 11th March 2026
Time: 2 to 7.30 pm (Tuesday) and 9 am to 12 pm (Wednesday)
