RMA Cambodia’s Human Resources Intern position is designed for university students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, and for newcomers eager to start a career in HR; no prior experience is required.
Ideal candidates are proactive, detail‑oriented and enthusiastic about people‑focused work, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This internship provides hands‑on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, employee records and event coordination, in a dynamic corporate environment, making it a strong foundation for early‑career human resources professionals.
Responsibilities
Update internal HR databases with new employee information (contact details, employment forms).
Screen resumes and application forms.
Schedule and confirm candidate interviews.
Post, update and remove job ads on job boards, the careers page and social networks.
Prepare HR-related reports (including supporting new-staff documentation).
Participate in organising company events and career days.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree (or current study) in human resources management or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases (exposure is sufficient).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
An understanding of full‑cycle recruiting is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude; flexible and friendly working style.
