Cambodia: $1,800 – $2,600
Strong demand for managers who can handle costing, tax compliance and monthly close within FMCG operations.
Laos: $1,300 – $2,100
Smaller market depth and fewer large FMCG plants keep compensation below Cambodia, though multinational employers can still offer competitive packages.
Myanmar: $1,200 – $2,000
Macroeconomic constraints and limited formal sector roles temper offers, with premiums concentrated in multinational or export-orientated firms.
Thailand: $2,800 – $4,500
Deep talent pools and mature FMCG manufacturing clusters drive higher pay, especially for candidates with ERP proficiency and plant costing leadership.
Vietnam: $2,200 – $3,600
Robust FMCG and manufacturing ecosystems support higher compensation, particularly for managers experienced in cost accounting and statutory reporting.
