The Assistant Revenue Manager role at Novotel Phnom Penh BKK 1 offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career hospitality professional to develop expertise in revenue management within a leading international hotel brand.
The position supports the Revenue Manager in optimising pricing strategies, managing distribution channels and analysing market trends to maximise hotel profitability.
Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Front Office teams, the role will provide valuable exposure to cross-departmental collaboration in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Support the Revenue Manager in implementing hotel pricing strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy.
Monitor market trends, competitor rates and demand forecasts to support decision-making.
Maintain accuracy and rate parity across all online and offline distribution channels.
Prepare and distribute regular performance reports to management.
Assist in managing room inventory allocation across multiple booking platforms.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Use hotel revenue management systems to analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the implementation of promotions, packages and special offers to stimulate demand.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Degree in hospitality management, business administration, finance or a related field.
Experience in hotel operations, reservations or revenue management preferred.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with hotel management systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Adaptable to changing market conditions and operational needs.
