The Associate at Kinstellar Southeast Asia (Cambodia) supports the firm’s partners and senior associates in providing legal advisory services to clients across multiple sectors.
The role involves research, drafting and managing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance in all client matters.

Department/Function: Legal, Compliance & Risk Management (Regulatory Affairs, Contract Law, Internal Audit)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, memorandums and other legal instruments.
Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex and cross-border issues.
Assist with due diligence and document verification in legal transactions.
Communicate effectively with paralegals, senior associates, partners and clients to ensure smooth case management.
Maintain accurate client files, ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
Support case strategy development and contribute to team collaboration and efficiency.
Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in legal practice or commercial law is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven ability to manage corporate and commercial legal matters effectively.
Strong understanding of Cambodian legal frameworks and procedural systems.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Khmer or Mandarin is an advantage.
High level of analytical thinking, attention to detail and business acumen.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
