To provide internship opportunities for students gaining practical experience in commercial banking and insurance careers.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research on emerging trends, competitors and customer expectations.
Assist in enhancing products (e.g., mobile banking app, internet banking).
Gather feedback and analyse data to improve customer journeys.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, Marketing, Legal) to support new initiatives.
Help troubleshoot issues and assist with testing to ensure quality and security standards are met.
Prepare documentation and presentations for ongoing projects.
Contribute to customer education by helping create user guides, training and FAQs.
Monitor and report on performance metrics for banking and/or insurance products.
Eligibility
Open to young talents from all over the world to join the Phillip Group in Cambodia.
University students or fresh graduates.
