The Bar Manager at FCC Angkor by Avani will lead bar operations at this flagship property in Siem Reap.
This role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences through innovative beverage offerings and attentive service.
The successful candidate will combine operational leadership with creativity in mixology to deliver a high-quality, memorable bar experience.
Department/Function: Operations & General Management (Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead bar operations to ensure exceptional service and compliance with quality standards.
Curate and innovate cocktail and beverage menus inspired by seasonal and local ingredients.
Manage inventory, cost control and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
Train, mentor and motivate the bar team to achieve service excellence.
Engage directly with guests to foster memorable experiences and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with Food & Beverage management to align bar strategy with business goals.
Monitor beverage costs and contribute to profitability and overall strategy.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
College diploma in hotel, event management or a related field.
Proven experience as a bar manager or in an F&B leadership role.
Demonstrated track record of strong knowledge in mixology, beverage trends, wines and spirits.
Ability to lead teams with passion, creativity and operational excellence.
Strong communication, organisational and guest service skills.
Fluency in English and Khmer; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
