The Branch Manager, Ford Battambang at Ford Cambodia (RMA Group) is responsible for leading all operational, sales and service activities at the dealership.

The role focuses on achieving sales and service targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

It is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can drive performance, uphold brand standards and strengthen local market presence.


Department/Function: Operations & General Management (Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage overall branch performance including sales, customer service, aftersales and administration.

  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales and support teams to achieve sales and service targets.

  • Ensure a strong customer experience and respond effectively to customer feedback.

  • Collaborate with Head Office departments, including Marketing, HR, Service and Finance, to align operations with company objectives.

  • Monitor inventory, sales pipeline and daily activities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Implement company strategies, policies and procedures within the branch.

  • Analyse market trends and local competition to improve branch performance.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive sales or operations, including at least 3 years’ in a managerial role.

  • Proven track record of managing teams and meeting business targets.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire team performance.

  • Customer-orientated with commitment to high service standards.

  • Solid understanding of dealership operations, inventory control and aftersales management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools with excellent English and Khmer communication skills.
