The role of Call Centre Officer (Chinese Speaking) involves providing accurate information and professional service to customers over the phone, addressing enquiries and supporting digital banking transactions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out target campaigns and promote products, services and transactions through online and machine platforms.
Perform operational transactions via video banking, including account opening, amendments, transfers and user maintenance.
Provide high-quality customer service by delivering a professional and superior phone experience.
Cross-sell products and services, and promote exclusive depository products to customers through incoming and outbound calls.
Refer customers to appropriate branches or departments when required.
Address customer enquiries or complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction with the resolution provided.
Keep customers updated on the progress of escalated cases and follow through until completion.
Ensure services and product information are regularly updated and accurately communicated.
Work flexible shift hours according to the call centre schedule.
Report directly to, and support, the Call Centre Manager with ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Studying or freshly graduated with a degree in banking and finance or equivalent.
Demonstrate integrity with a positive attitude, helpfulness, high commitment, competence and motivation.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills are a plus.
Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
Good presentation skills and ability to deliver training.
Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and email.
