The Consumer Banking Portfolio & Sales Performance Management Manager at Canadia Bank is responsible for overseeing consumer banking products and driving sales growth across multiple channels.

This role requires strong analytical skills to monitor performance, manage incentives and support portfolio expansion.

It also involves cross-departmental collaboration to ensure accuracy, efficiency and alignment with business objectives.


Department/Function: Sales & Business Development (B2B/B2C Sales, Key Account Management, Client Acquisition)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities across products, sectors and markets to expand the consumer banking portfolio.

  • Conduct customer insight analysis, including segmentation by age, income and behaviour.

  • Perform data analysis and develop dashboards, graphs and visualisations for stakeholders.

  • Manage promotions, campaigns and cashback performance across consumer banking products.

  • Design and maintain tracking tools for sales incentives, ensuring accurate payment monitoring.

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to correct data errors and validate consumer banking product data.

  • Monitor budgets for consumer products, track performance against targets and support marketing initiatives.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, accounting, economics, business administration, data science, IT or a related field.

  • At least 4 years' relevant professional experience in consumer banking or financial services.

  • Proven experience in portfolio management, sales performance analysis and incentive monitoring.

  • Strong understanding of data collection, analysis and presentation methodologies.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Power BI are considered advantages.

  • Strong communication skills in Khmer and English, with effective team-building and problem-solving abilities.
