The Country Manager, Cambodia, role with East-West Seed provides overall leadership responsibility for driving sustainable business growth and market development.
The position is accountable for translating the group’s long-term vision, mission and strategy into clear, actionable country-level plans.
This role leads commercial performance, operational excellence and organisational culture across all local functions.
Department/Function: Executive Leadership & Strategy (CEO, Board of Directors, Strategic Planning)
Key Responsibilities
Drive achievement of the country’s business targets through clear strategies and effective operational management.
Lead the development and execution of annual and long-range business plans aligned with group strategy.
Set, monitor and review financial and non-financial key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities.
Build, lead and develop a high-performing country team, ensuring strong succession planning and accountability.
Represent the organisation with key stakeholders, including customers, government agencies and industry partners.
Skills & Experience
A recognised degree in business administration, agriculture or a related field, with a postgraduate qualification considered an advantage.
Minimum 10 years’ senior general or business management experience with full P&L responsibility.
Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership within agribusiness, seeds, life sciences, chemicals or FMCG sectors.
Strong strategic leadership capability with the ability to translate long-term vision into executable plans.
Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English.

Salary Benchmark
