Maersk Cambodia is offering a 6-month internship through its 2025 SEED Programme for final-year students and recent graduates eager to launch their careers in logistics and global trade.
The internship provides a hands-on learning platform in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation and customer experience. Interns will collaborate with industry professionals to solve real-world logistics challenges and gain practical insights into the end-to-end supply chain process.
The internship runs full-time from September 2025 and is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-paced and future-focused global organisation.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing customer enquiries and resolving issues via phone, email or chat.
Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery.
Maintain and update accurate customer records in internal systems.
Support the preparation of customer feedback and performance reports.
Identify areas to improve the customer experience and work processes.
Participate in projects and assignments designated by the manager.
Help coordinate communication between logistics and customer service teams.
Contribute to streamlining internal procedures and response times.
Support operational planning and documentation where needed.
Eligibility
Final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, finance, economics or a related field.
Able to commit full-time for 6 months, starting from 1st September 2025.
Proficient in English across all four skills; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must be a native Cambodian citizen.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
High learning agility and a proactive, willing-to-do mindset.
Demonstrates data-driven thinking and problem-solving capability.
Organised, adaptable and able to multitask in a dynamic setting.
Enthusiastic about global trade, logistics and continuous learning.
