Regional Comparison
Cambodia: $2,300 – $3,400
Multinational FMCG employers lift demand planning salaries above local market norms, but narrower team scope and market size keep packages below regional hubs.
Laos: $1,900 – $2,800
Smaller FMCG footprints constrain base pay, though hybrid planning and supply chain responsibilities can justify moderate uplifts for experienced candidates.
Myanmar: $2,000 – $3,000
Operational volatility and planning complexity support stronger compensation for capable planners, but employer caution continues to temper upper salary limits.
Thailand: $2,800 – $4,200
A mature FMCG ecosystem and advanced planning practices drive higher demand planning pay, particularly where S&OP ownership and digital tools are central.
Vietnam: $2,600 – $4,000
Scale, manufacturing density and rapid FMCG growth sustain competitive salaries, though most roles remain below regional or global planning leadership bands.
Post Expiry: 22nd February 2026 (earlier if filled)
