The Deputy General Manager, Project Management Office at Woori Bank Cambodia, leads the bank’s strategic initiatives and oversees the governance of project implementation.

Department/Function: Operations & General Management (Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and create effective workflows for systems implementation.

  • Reinforce systems implementation and quality control.

  • Support top management in making key decisions related to project management.

  • Summarise team activities and delegate tasks effectively to team members.

  • Serve as liaison between Woori Bank’s cross-department teams and external vendors.

  • Facilitate the establishment of team structure and roles, including hiring and onboarding analysts and ensuring resource allocation.

  • Manage the annual team budget and monitor employee performance through objectives and reviews.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree in IT, business administration, system engineering, IT business, MIS or a related field.

  • At least 7 years’ experience in managing business process improvement.

  • Proven record in IT business requirement gathering and documentation, including prototyping, MVP design, mockup and wireframe development.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, software development lifecycle and other best practices.

  • Understanding of database architecture, design and business analysis methodologies.

  • Skilled in facilitation, negotiation, problem resolution and strategic thinking.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools and excellent English communication.
