Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide hardware and software support for PCs, printers, telephone lines, network cables and other IT peripherals.
Maintain and troubleshoot computer equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
Set up, install and configure hardware and software according to user requirements and company standards.
Resolve technical issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimise disruptions.
Manage IT assets and related equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records and proper maintenance.
Support daily IT operations and services for domestic branches, international branches and headquarters.
Monitor and report operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures.
Provide incident and service request support, addressing user enquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with IT team members to streamline processes, enhance functionality and improve efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IT support, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
Fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ experience in IT support or a related role.
Demonstrated interest in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Familiarity with computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Ability to work with IT asset management systems and maintain accurate records.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive departmental issues with discretion.
Good interpersonal skills with a team player mindset and customer-centric approach.
Proactive attitude in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Capacity to adapt quickly to changing technology environments.
