The F&B Director at Wyndham Grand Phnom Penh Capital leads all food and beverage operations across the hotel’s outlets.

The role provides strategic oversight to ensure profitability, service excellence and brand consistency.

It requires strong leadership to manage teams, budgets and guest experience initiatives effectively.


Department/Function: Operations & General Management (Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire food and beverage operation across multiple restaurants, bars, banquets and lounges.

  • Develop and implement F&B strategies to achieve financial targets and guest satisfaction.

  • Monitor cost control, budgeting, forecasting and profitability metrics.

  • Ensure high standards of service, quality, hygiene and compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Lead recruitment, training, performance management and development of F&B staff.

  • Collaborate with culinary, sales and marketing, procurement and other departments.

  • Drive innovation in menus, promotions and guest experience initiatives.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A degree in hospitality management, hotel management or a related subject.

  • Extensive experience in food and beverage leadership in luxury hotel or resort environments.

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving financial targets, operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into results.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and team-building skills.

  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and revenue management tools.

  • Experience using hospitality software systems.
