The Finance Manager at JATI Resort plays a pivotal role in overseeing the resort’s financial operations and ensuring optimal profitability.
This leadership position focuses on managing revenue, cash flow and expenditure while maintaining strategic oversight of budgeting and forecasting.
The role requires a balance of analytical precision, business insight and team management to uphold financial excellence.
Department/Function: Finance & Accounting (Budgeting, Auditing, Treasury, Tax, Payroll)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the overall financial performance of the resort to ensure profitability.
Manage revenue, cash flow and expenses to achieve operational efficiency.
Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide regular financial reports and analysis to support management decisions.
Supervise finance team members to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, including 3 years in managerial roles.
Proven track record of financial management and strategic budgeting.
Strong business acumen with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities.
Highly organised with attention to detail and time management proficiency.
Fluency in English and knowledge of relevant accounting software are preferred.

Salary Benchmark
