The Crowne Plaza Phnom Penh is seeking a visionary and results-orientated General Manager to lead its 276-room flagship property on Russian Federation Boulevard.
The role offers an opportunity to guide a passionate team, enhance market positioning and deliver outstanding guest experiences in Cambodia’s vibrant capital.
The position requires a dynamic leader who can balance commercial performance, people development and brand excellence.
Department/Function: Executive Leadership & Strategy (CEO, Board of Directors, Strategic Planning)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all hotel operations to achieve business objectives and brand standards.
Drive commercial performance, profitability and return on investment across all departments.
Foster a high-performance culture that empowers staff and enhances guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with owners, government partners and business leaders to strengthen market positioning.
Implement strategic initiatives to elevate service quality, sustainability and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
Extensive progressive leadership experience in international hotel management.
Proven track record of leading multi-departmental hotel operations and achieving strong commercial results.
Fluency in English is essential; the ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, property management systems and data-driven decision-making tools.
