The Crowne Plaza Phnom Penh is seeking a visionary and results-orientated General Manager to lead its 276-room flagship property on Russian Federation Boulevard.

The role offers an opportunity to guide a passionate team, enhance market positioning and deliver outstanding guest experiences in Cambodia’s vibrant capital.

The position requires a dynamic leader who can balance commercial performance, people development and brand excellence.

Department/Function: Executive Leadership & Strategy (CEO, Board of Directors, Strategic Planning)


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all hotel operations to achieve business objectives and brand standards.

  • Drive commercial performance, profitability and return on investment across all departments.

  • Foster a high-performance culture that empowers staff and enhances guest satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with owners, government partners and business leaders to strengthen market positioning.

  • Implement strategic initiatives to elevate service quality, sustainability and operational efficiency.


Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.

  • Extensive progressive leadership experience in international hotel management.

  • Proven track record of leading multi-departmental hotel operations and achieving strong commercial results.

  • Fluency in English is essential; the ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, property management systems and data-driven decision-making tools.

Salary Benchmark
