The General Manager, Head of Settlement Support Department, at Woori Bank Cambodia will oversee settlement operations and liquidity management across the bank.

This role involves developing and implementing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting treasury functions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and technical expertise to enhance the bank’s operational efficiency.


Department/Function: Finance & Accounting (Budgeting, Auditing, Treasury, Tax, Payroll)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing financial projections, annual budgets, reviews and revisions.

  • Monitor liquidity, funding, foreign exchange and compliance with treasury policies.

  • Oversee cash operations, settlement processes and bank cash balances to ensure effectiveness.

  • Review and update manuals, policies and procedures for settlement support management.

  • Manage nostro accounts, check clearing, remittances, reconciliations and cash transportation.

  • Build relationships with regulators, financial institutions and partners for funding opportunities.

  • Support finance division staff development through training and orientation programmes.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in treasury, settlement or related fields.

  • Proven track record in bank operations, risk management and cash operations.

  • Strong understanding of liquidity management, funding structures and financial compliance.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Khmer and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software.

  • Skilled in relationship building with regulators, partners and stakeholders.
