The Head of CE Retail Management will oversee the execution of Samsung Cambodia’s retail strategies for consumer electronics across multiple channels.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, optimising retail performance and ensuring best-in-class retail execution.
The position requires close collaboration with marketing, trade and channel partners to align strategy with market realities and customer needs.
Department/Function: Sales & Business Development (B2B/B2C Sales, Key Account Management, Client Acquisition)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement retail strategies in collaboration with product marketing and channel teams to maximise channel performance and growth.
Identify and establish new retail channels to expand business reach and increase market penetration.
Monitor and analyse channel sell-through, shop performance and promotional results on an outlet-by-outlet basis.
Conduct benchmarking and retail price comparisons and track competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
Define and track key retail KPIs to measure effectiveness, efficiency and resource allocation.
Lead, coach and manage training and development initiatives for channel partners and retail marketing teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of retail execution with broader marketing and business goals.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Possess a degree in business, economics or marketing.
Minimum 10–12 years' relevant sales and marketing experience within FMCG, lifestyle or consumer electronics sectors.
Strong expertise in trade marketing and category management within leading consumer brands.
Demonstrated ability to create and implement business strategies that enhance margins and key business metrics.
Proven leadership in channel management and partnership development.
Excellent analytical, mathematical and statistical abilities with strong business acumen.
Fluent in English and familiar with retail systems, dealer management and performance tracking tools.
