The Head of Primary at Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC) will oversee the daily operations and long-term development of the primary division.

The role involves providing leadership to staff, supporting students and engaging with parents to foster a high-performing culture.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and Educational Leadership Team, this position requires resilience, innovation and a commitment to international education standards.


Department/Function: Executive Leadership & Strategy (CEO, Board of Directors, Strategic Planning)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth daily running of the primary school.

  • Provide leadership and advice to staff, students and parents.

  • Inspire a culture of energy, excitement and achievement across the division.

  • Contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Educational Leadership Team.

  • Design, implement and review policies and initiatives to strengthen teaching and learning.

  • Support professional development and build team capacity.

  • Act as an ambassador for the school within the wider Nord Anglia community.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A recognised degree in education or a related subject.

  • Extensive teaching and leadership experience in schools.

  • Proven track record of leading staff and managing teams.

  • Strong understanding of International Baccalaureate programmes.

  • Ability to implement organisational policies and drive school improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement ability.

  • Confident in managing change within a complex international school environment.
