The Head of Primary at Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC) will oversee the daily operations and long-term development of the primary division.
The role involves providing leadership to staff, supporting students and engaging with parents to foster a high-performing culture.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and Educational Leadership Team, this position requires resilience, innovation and a commitment to international education standards.
Department/Function: Executive Leadership & Strategy (CEO, Board of Directors, Strategic Planning)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth daily running of the primary school.
Provide leadership and advice to staff, students and parents.
Inspire a culture of energy, excitement and achievement across the division.
Contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Educational Leadership Team.
Design, implement and review policies and initiatives to strengthen teaching and learning.
Support professional development and build team capacity.
Act as an ambassador for the school within the wider Nord Anglia community.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A recognised degree in education or a related subject.
Extensive teaching and leadership experience in schools.
Proven track record of leading staff and managing teams.
Strong understanding of International Baccalaureate programmes.
Ability to implement organisational policies and drive school improvement.
Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement ability.
Confident in managing change within a complex international school environment.
