This is an entry-level opportunity at Hyundai Cambodia for graduates seeking to develop core skills in human resources and office administration.

As HR & Admin. Assistant, you will be exposed to a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, recordkeeping and performance appraisals, as well as daily administrative coordination.

The role is ideal for a motivated graduate looking to start their career in a structured corporate environment with international connections.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening and interview scheduling.

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labour laws and company policy.

  • Support onboarding and orientation for new staff.

  • Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave requests.

  • Prepare regular attendance and leave reports for management.

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.

  • Provide support on employee relations matters, including grievances and discipline.

  • Maintain and organise company documents, files and records.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely administrative support.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a human resources or administrative support role.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Understanding of local labour law and HR best practices.

  • Proficient in using MS Office tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal engagement skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments.
