Regional Comparison
Cambodia: $1,900 – $3,000
Both models converge here once seniority and compliance exposure are aligned.
Laos: $1,300 – $2,200
The AI version trends optimistic; reconciliation reflects slower institutional maturity and fewer large employers.
Myanmar: $1,000 – $1,900
Market uncertainty caps upside; both estimates agree once volatility is factored in.
Thailand: $2,500 – $4,000
The higher AI figures assume Bangkok-based, compliance-heavy environments; regional roles sit closer to the lower half.
Vietnam: $2,200 – $3,800
Rapid scale-up justifies the premium, but only where HR functions are genuinely strategic rather than administrative.
Post Expiry: 11th February 2026 (earlier if filled)
