Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support the efficient running of its human resources department.

This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates to begin a career in hospitality HR, providing administrative support and assisting in delivering high standards of employee service.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Human Resources in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within one of Phnom Penh’s leading five-star hotels.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent and high-quality administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

  • Assist with the coordination of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding and training.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company policy.

  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and procedures.

  • Assist in organising staff events, engagement activities and recognition programmes.

  • Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate resources.

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to support HR-related activities.

  • Contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations of the Human Resources Department.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • University degree or diploma, with preference for human resources or business-related fields.

  • Exposure to hotel operations or hospitality-related roles is beneficial.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities in English (other languages are an advantage).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.

  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.

  • High standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
