Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support the efficient running of its human resources department.
This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates to begin a career in hospitality HR, providing administrative support and assisting in delivering high standards of employee service.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Human Resources in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within one of Phnom Penh’s leading five-star hotels.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide consistent and high-quality administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Assist with the coordination of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding and training.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company policy.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
Assist in organising staff events, engagement activities and recognition programmes.
Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to support HR-related activities.
Contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
University degree or diploma, with preference for human resources or business-related fields.
Exposure to hotel operations or hospitality-related roles is beneficial.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication abilities in English (other languages are an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
High standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
