The internship opportunity with Foodpanda offers students and recent graduates the chance to gain valuable experience in content-related projects within one of the region’s leading delivery platforms.
The role focuses on supporting vendor quality checks, content improvements and onboarding processes, while providing insights and feedback that contribute to operational efficiency.
Interns will gain exposure to cross-departmental collaboration and develop essential skills in compliance, communication and data management.
Responsibilities
Support vendor quality checks during onboarding to ensure compliance with standards.
Assist in menu quality improvements and other monthly ad hoc projects.
Provide biweekly observations and insights for project improvement.
Collaborate with cross-department teams and Central Ops.
Support vendor onboarding and performance analysis.
Eligibility
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar digital tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
Familiarity with vendor onboarding processes is a plus, but not required.
