The Intern, Sales Support role with Dai-ichi Life Cambodia offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in insurance operations, sales coordination and administrative support.
This internship will see you assisting the agency team with documentation, performance tracking and event logistics, while learning about the dynamic Cambodian insurance sector.
It is ideally suited to individuals looking to build a career in business or marketing, with exposure to both operational and client-facing functions.
Responsibilities
Assist BDM/SD/GA and sales agents with daily operations.
Prepare and manage the documentation for new business submissions and policy servicing.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, meetings and recruitment events.
Track and report sales performance and KPIs.
Support agents with product information, sales tools and campaign materials.
Help organise and execute agency campaigns and incentive programmes.
Generate reports for agency performance and recruitment tracking.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
Strong organisational skills and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to work on weekends.
