Responsibilities
Participate in client service delivery across audit, tax or advisory practices.
Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports and supporting documentation.
Engage in structured training programmes and business-specific learning activities.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors on team-based assignments and projects.
Conduct research, analysis and problem-solving to support client engagements.
Apply business and technical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Support process improvement initiatives and internal development work.
Contribute to maintaining the firm's high standards of professional ethics and quality.
Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external clients.
Take part in community-building and networking events organised by KPMG.
Eligibility
Currently in the final year of study or a recent graduate with a degree in accounting, finance, business, law, IT or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to work in diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Willingness to learn continuously and take initiative in professional development.
No requirement for prior professional experience, but part-time or casual work is advantageous.
Motivated by challenges and passionate about making a positive impact.
Enthusiastic about pursuing professional qualifications or postgraduate studies.
Open to flexible work arrangements, including remote collaboration and client site visits.
