The Investment Property Manager will support the sourcing, analysis and execution of investment property transactions at CBRE Cambodia.
The role involves working closely with clients, investors and internal departments to deliver advisory and deal-making services across Cambodia’s growing property market.
This position suits a motivated professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for real estate investment.
Department/Function: Sales & Business Development (B2B/B2C Sales, Key Account Management, Client Acquisition)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Source new business opportunities and support investment property transactions.
Prepare market research, property valuations and financial analysis for client proposals.
Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals under senior supervision.
Liaise with internal departments, including valuation, legal and property management, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with institutional and private clients.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management and clients.
Contribute to the marketing of property investment opportunities through events and materials.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A degree in finance, business, economics or real estate.
Extensive experience in investment property, valuation or real estate advisory.
Strong understanding of property markets, investment analysis and financial modelling.
Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to clients and management.
Proven interpersonal and client relationship skills in both local and international contexts.
Excellent written and spoken English and Khmer communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and property database systems.
