This internship offers aspiring professionals an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications within a luxury hotel environment.
Interns will support digital campaigns, content creation and event promotions while learning about the operations of a globally recognised hospitality brand.
Responsibilities
Work on brand-related projects that maximise revenue and enhance the guest experience.
Support the management of online marketing initiatives, including social media planning and content creation.
Update websites with offers and information, and audit third-party sites for compliance.
Create brochures and flyers to promote F&B events.
Update sales presentations and collaterals.
Prepare monthly e-newsletters about hotel events.
Manage the email database and input additional contacts.
Develop collaterals to assist the sales team in event promotion.
Communicate with external partners and guests about upcoming events.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or marketing.
Strong computer literacy.
Multicultural awareness with the ability to work across diverse cultures.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and energetic.
Proficient English language skills.
