The Manager, Information Security & Governance, will join Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance to lead the organisation’s information security framework.
This role is responsible for policy development, risk assessment and incident management.
It offers the opportunity to enhance corporate governance, compliance and resilience in a dynamic insurance environment.
Department/Function: Legal, Compliance & Risk Management (Regulatory Affairs, Contract Law, Internal Audit)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate an organisation-wide information security programme.
Develop, implement and maintain security policies, standards and procedures.
Conduct audits, risk assessments and investigations into security incidents.
Report information security breaches and vulnerabilities to management and authorities.
Support business functions with privacy impact assessments and third-party due diligence.
Oversee cyber security measures, including penetration testing, encryption and firewall management.
Coordinate disaster recovery planning, business continuity fulfilment and IT security budget planning.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in information security or IT governance.
Proven track record in cyber security, IT risk control and privacy management.
Strong understanding of internet architecture, protocols and applications.
Ability to manage cybersecurity processes, including incident response, endpoint security and data protection.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms and knowledge of IT audit concepts.
Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
