Laos: $3,800 – $5,800

A smaller manufacturing footprint limits demand for senior manufacturing managers, with higher packages typically reserved for roles covering multiple countries.

Myanmar: $4,000 – $6,200

Compensation reflects operational complexity and compliance exposure, with multinational firms maintaining competitive pay to retain experienced manufacturing leaders.

Thailand: $5,500 – $8,500

The mature apparel manufacturing ecosystem and strong competition for experienced factory-facing leaders support higher salary benchmarks.

Vietnam: $5,000 – $8,000
