The Manager, Materials Management at DKSH Cambodia, oversees inventory operations to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure efficient working capital performance.

Department/Function: Operations & General Management (Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
Develop inventory management strategies, guidelines and processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
Improve forecasting tools and demand planning to enhance service delivery performance and working capital.
Adjust inventory plans to meet product demand changes and employ appropriate strategies for each inventory class.
Utilise material requirements planning (MRP) systems for effective scheduling and forecasting.
Monitor overstocking and understocking, proposing corrective strategies to optimise forecasts.
Develop scorecards with stakeholders to monitor service levels, performance and corrective actions.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or a related field.
Extensive experience in materials or inventory management.
Proven track record in developing and implementing inventory management systems and processes.
Strong understanding of distribution centres and logistics operations.
Working knowledge of SAP material requirements planning (MRP) systems.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
