Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Manager, Materials Sourcing (Leather) at Tapestry will ensure that materials meet performance expectations and are delivered on time.

This role involves managing leather sourcing across Cambodia and Indonesia while maintaining quality standards and supporting production development.

The successful candidate will contribute to innovation, vendor management and operational excellence within a global fashion group.


Department/Function: Procurement & Purchasing (Vendor Management, Sourcing, Contract Negotiation)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing partners in Cambodia and Indonesia alongside the global Materials Sourcing team.

  • Ensure quality standards for new leathers from Coach and Kate Spade product development.

  • Collaborate with product development to establish cutting standards.

  • Resolve quality issues promptly to maintain production flow.

  • Oversee factories to ensure proper receipt, inspection and storage of materials.

  • Provide training for on-site teams to understand materials and best practices.

  • Manage material inventory and support sample facilities during design visits.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A degree in supply chain management, procurement or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in leather sourcing, manufacturing or product development.

  • Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and improving service levels.

  • Strong understanding of global manufacturing trends and innovation.

  • Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities in English with strong relationship-building skills.

Salary Benchmark

USD $2,800 to $4,200 per month, depending on experience*
