The Manager, Mobile & Internet Banking at SBI LY HOUR Bank, oversees the bank’s digital platforms and online services, ensuring seamless functionality and a superior user experience.
The role drives innovation, integration and optimisation of digital banking systems.
It suits a detail-orientated professional with strong technical expertise in financial technology and customer-centric digital products.
Department/Function: Digital Transformation & Innovation (Business Process Automation, AI Integration, Change Management)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of system functionality and interfaces with legacy systems to support process improvements, automation initiatives and testing.
Monitor and analyse KPIs and success metrics of mobile and internet banking products to drive performance and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver features enhancing online and mobile banking experiences.
Coordinate with operational teams to resolve user issues promptly and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.
Ensure operational systems effectively process transactions from online banking channels.
Lead integration and operational support for blockchain payment gateways such as Bakong, IPS, Open Banking and NCS, and international systems including SWIFT, Ripple and MoneyGram.
Oversee project timelines, system maintenance, disaster recovery planning and security testing to minimise downtime and impact.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A degree in information technology or a relevant field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in mobile app development using native and/or hybrid frameworks.
Proven track record in web service development with JAVA or other programming languages.
Familiarity with basic UI/UX design principles and workflow.
Experience with microservices architecture using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps, Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Skills in Java, Kotlin, Swift, MVVM, ReactNative, Flutter, SQL, PHP, Python, C#, and Figma.
