The Manager, Mobile & Internet Banking at SBI LY HOUR Bank, oversees the bank’s digital platforms and online services, ensuring seamless functionality and a superior user experience.

The role drives innovation, integration and optimisation of digital banking systems.

It suits a detail-orientated professional with strong technical expertise in financial technology and customer-centric digital products.


Department/Function: Digital Transformation & Innovation (Business Process Automation, AI Integration, Change Management)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of system functionality and interfaces with legacy systems to support process improvements, automation initiatives and testing.

  • Monitor and analyse KPIs and success metrics of mobile and internet banking products to drive performance and profitability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver features enhancing online and mobile banking experiences.

  • Coordinate with operational teams to resolve user issues promptly and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.

  • Ensure operational systems effectively process transactions from online banking channels.

  • Lead integration and operational support for blockchain payment gateways such as Bakong, IPS, Open Banking and NCS, and international systems including SWIFT, Ripple and MoneyGram.

  • Oversee project timelines, system maintenance, disaster recovery planning and security testing to minimise downtime and impact.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A degree in information technology or a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in mobile app development using native and/or hybrid frameworks.

  • Proven track record in web service development with JAVA or other programming languages.

  • Familiarity with basic UI/UX design principles and workflow.

  • Experience with microservices architecture using Docker and/or Kubernetes.

  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps, Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

  • Skills in Java, Kotlin, Swift, MVVM, ReactNative, Flutter, SQL, PHP, Python, C#, and Figma.

Salary Benchmark
