The Manager of UI & UX Design Unit at KB PRASAC Bank will lead user-centred design processes across digital banking platforms.

This role will ensure all customer-facing applications are intuitive, attractive and aligned with product requirements.

The position offers the opportunity to influence how millions of customers interact with one of Cambodia’s leading banks.

Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function and reliability before delivery.
Work closely with product owners to understand overall requirements and objectives.
Create user personas, workflows and user experiences according to product needs.
Prepare app prototypes and wireframes to support product development.
Apply design tools and best practices in banking applications to ensure products are intuitive, user-friendly and visually appealing.
Document design outputs and collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders.
Undertake other related tasks as assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS or a related field.
3–5 years' experience as a UX/UI designer or creative graphics designer.
Demonstrated portfolio of UX/UI design achievements.
Strong understanding of Adobe XD, Figma and related UI and UX software.
Ability to discuss, explain and justify design options effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
Capable of working independently, under pressure and in complex environments.

Ho Chi Minh City’s product market is deep with active fintechs; senior designer bands extend into lower-management levels.
