Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the hotel’s marketing communications strategy in line with corporate brand standards.
Oversee advertising, promotions and public relations to maximise exposure in domestic and international markets.
Manage content creation, storytelling and digital campaigns that highlight the hotel’s luxury positioning.
Build strong relationships with local and international media, influencers and opinion leaders.
Coordinate cross-departmental marketing initiatives to drive guest engagement and revenue growth.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms and marketing materials.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies to optimise impact.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years' experience in marketing communications, preferably in luxury hospitality or travel.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of luxury branding and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and social media management platforms.
Knowledge of Khmer culture and hospitality traditions.
