The Marketing Manager at Wyndham Grand Phnom Penh Capital leads brand visibility and demand generation for a flagship five-star property.
The role develops and executes integrated marketing plans across digital, partnerships and on-property campaigns to drive room, F&B and event revenue.
It suits a results-driven hospitality marketer who balances creativity with data-led decision-making.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to commercial targets.
Own the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, social media calendars and always-on campaigns.
Develop partnerships and activations with airlines, banks and lifestyle brands to grow awareness and conversion.
Create, brief and manage creative assets and collateral across rooms, F&B, spa and events.
Manage marketing budgets, forecasts and campaign ROI reporting with weekly performance reviews.
Lead media relations, influencer collaborations and on-property events to strengthen brand reputation.
Coordinate with sales, revenue and F&B teams to deliver integrated promotions and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A degree in marketing or a related field.
Extensive experience in marketing within hotels or hospitality.
Proven track record of delivering campaign performance and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of brand management, digital analytics and customer journeys.
Ability to brief and manage agencies, photographers and designers to deadline.
Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Microsoft 365 tools.
Excellent communication skills, with stakeholder management ability.
