Key Duties & Responsibilities
Source and build a pool of potential customers and introduce CASA, QR Merchant and credit card services.
Conduct market sensing on competitors’ activities and product development.
Call and approach potential customers for service appointments and presentations.
Build relationships with existing and new customers and business partners.
Solve customer complaints and provide effective customer service.
Review pre-customer applications from DSAs and recommend for further approval.
Manage a sales team, including daily sales activity and route planning.
Update daily and weekly sales reports with improvement plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing, credit operations and business development.
Conduct quarterly customer feedback surveys to identify business gaps and propose improvements.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, management, banking or other related fields.
Ability in customer service and sales engagement.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal ability.
Evidence of collaboration and problem-solving capacity.
Critical thinking with solid analytical skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work towards KPIs and sales targets effectively.
Proficiency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
