The Operations Manager at Invictus International School Phnom Penh plays a key role in ensuring the smooth establishment, maintenance and improvement of school operations and facilities.

Department/Function: Operations & General Management (Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Support the principal in new school projects and upgrading initiatives.
Participate in the design conceptualisation of new schools to align with corporate branding and academic goals.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders on projects, including site inspections and progress reviews.
Facilitate licensing, governance and compliance processes with relevant authorities.
Monitor project schedules and report potential risks in a timely manner.
Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, term contracts and vendor approvals.
Oversee estate management, safety procedures and maintenance of the school premises.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A degree in business management, building management, facilities management or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in project or operations management, preferably in an educational setting.
Proven ability to coordinate large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of compliance, governance and facilities management.
Excellent English and Khmer communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital project management tools.
Demonstrated resilience, collaboration and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
