Key Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare necessary documentation and reports.
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for tenants.
Serve as the main point of contact for tenant communication.
Arrange maintenance and cleaning services as required.
Source and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Assist agents with viewings of UM units.
Work with the marketing team for photo and video shooting to promote units.
Compile and submit monthly reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Year 2 student or fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Less than 1 year's professional experience.
Exposure to the real estate sector or property-related services is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
Effective communication skills with a wide range of clients, vendors and staff.
Demonstrated attention to detail and professionalism.
Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, reliable and able to adapt to client demands.
