The Operations Optimisation Manager role supports continuous improvement initiatives across operational activities at TotalEnergies.

The position focuses on performance optimisation, process efficiency and the deployment of best practices to enhance safety, reliability and cost-effectiveness.

This role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence aligned with corporate standards.

Department/Function: Operations & General Management (Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities)


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities for optimisation across assets and processes.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational excellence frameworks.

  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance and technical teams to enhance efficiency and reliability.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare performance reports for management review.

  • Support change management initiatives, including the rollout of new tools, processes and standards.


Skills & Experience

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in operations, optimisation or performance improvement roles.

  • Proven track record in operational excellence initiatives within industrial or energy environments.

  • Strong analytical capability with sound process optimisation acumen and experience with performance metrics and continuous improvement tools.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Khmer, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders.

Salary Benchmark

USD $3,200 to $4,500 per month, depending on experience*
