Siem Reap
The Park Hyatt Siem Reap Operations Trainee position is part of a 12-month Career Management Trainee (CMT) Program designed to prepare talented young professionals for future leadership roles in luxury hospitality.
This structured development programme combines rotational assignments across key operational departments with leadership projects, hands-on management experience and access to Hyatt’s global learning and development initiatives.
Trainees gain cross-functional exposure to front office, concierge, PBX and bell services, contributing to exceptional guest experiences while developing their professional skillset and service mindset.
Responsibilities
Meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction.
Respond to guest questions or problems in a timely, professional manner.
Accept opportunities to learn new skills and improve performance.
Cross-train in other hotel functions when required.
Solve routine problems that occur on the job.
Ask questions and seek support when unsure how to complete tasks.
Learn new skills at the expected pace for the role.
Participate in task-based assignments and learning activities.
Develop operational expertise through rotational exposure.
Interact with owners, guests and associates to enhance service skills.
Eligibility
A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
Relevant internship experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage.
Good working knowledge of English.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal competence.
Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities.
High cultural awareness and sensitivity to guest needs.
Passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence.
Strong adaptability, resilience and eagerness to learn.
Strategic thinking and a desire to contribute to long-term goals.
Clear ambition to progress into a managerial role within Hyatt.
