The Partnerships Manager at Realestate.com.kh is responsible for driving growth through strategic collaboration and external relationship development.
As one of Cambodia’s leading property portals, Realestate.com.kh connects buyers, investors and partners across the country’s evolving real estate landscape.
This role focuses on building partnerships that enhance visibility, lead generation and client satisfaction.
Department/Function: Sales & Business Development (B2B/B2C Sales, Key Account Management, Client Acquisition)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with media, portals, law firms and referral partners.
Develop and maintain referral programmes to drive new client leads.
Coordinate partnership agreements, commission structures and performance tracking.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximise partnership value and lead flow.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key external stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in partnership management, sales or business development.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships.
Strong understanding of lead generation and strategic relationship management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Khmer and English.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
