The PMO Manager at TrueMoney Cambodia is responsible for driving programme management, project delivery and product alignment across the organisation.
The role involves managing risks, dependencies and compliance while ensuring visibility of performance for all stakeholders.
It requires strong leadership to create structured delivery frameworks and foster accountability and collaboration across teams.
Department/Function: Product Management & Development (Product Design, Lifecycle Management, Market Fit)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Drive alignment and operating rhythm to ensure obstacles across departments are communicated, managed and resolved.
Manage risks, dependencies and issues across business, marketing, product, technology, people, legal and compliance functions with mitigation plans.
Provide visibility of project health, quality and status reporting to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Analyse corporate strategy, country focus and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Initiate and oversee projects or process improvements requiring cross-functional teams to meet goals.
Establish and govern product delivery frameworks and maturity models, ensuring adaptability and discipline.
Promote urgency, accountability, coaching and motivation across functional groups.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Degree in IT, computer science or a related field; a master's is a plus.
Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience in project or programme management, or software product development.
Track record of working knowledge in financial services, electronic payments or the ecommerce industry.
Strong understanding of agile project management and/or waterfall methodologies, with PRINCE2 or PMP certifications desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability to advise senior management on strategic actions.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Khmer.
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement with a growth mindset, flexibility and data-driven decision-making.
