The Principal at Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC), part of Nord Anglia Education, will lead the country’s leading IB school.
This role requires an internationally experienced leader to drive academic excellence, operational performance and community engagement.

Department/Function: Executive Leadership & Strategy (CEO, Board of Directors, Strategic Planning)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across academics, finance, marketing and stakeholder engagement.
Lead a high-performing senior leadership team to deliver the school’s mission and objectives.
Ensure the continued success of the IB continuum, including PYP, MYP and DP programmes.
Use data and KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and enhance the school’s reputation as Cambodia’s leading international school.
Engage with parents, students and staff to build a strong, inclusive school community.
Collaborate with Nord Anglia regional and global leadership teams to share best practice.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A recognised degree in education or a related field.
Extensive experience in school leadership, ideally within an international context.
Demonstrated track record of leading successful IB schools.
Strong understanding of balancing educational excellence with commercial performance.
Ability to use data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable outcomes.
Excellent leadership, team management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Capacity to operate in diverse, multicultural environments.
