Department/Function: Executive Leadership & Strategy (CEO, Board of Directors, Strategic Planning)
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and educational leadership to deliver outstanding academic outcomes across the IB continuum.
Lead and inspire high-performing leadership and teaching teams within a collaborative school culture.
Use data to drive school improvement and meet clear KPIs across academics, finance, marketing and stakeholder engagement.
Balance educational excellence with commercial performance to ensure sustainable growth.
Contribute to regional and global initiatives within the wider organisation.
Skills & Experience
A recognised degree in education or a related field.
Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in a school environment with a proven record of high-performing teams and academic results.
Strong strategic acumen balancing educational excellence and commercial performance, supported by data-driven improvement.
Experience working within international or multicultural education settings is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English.
