Responsibilities
Understand information security, business conduct guidelines, high-risk procurement scenarios and red lines.
Learn about fulfilment and acceptance processes of general and administrative procurement.
Operate in the eBuy system, including PR creation, PO receipt and acceptance.
Query and download data from the system, and implement analysis.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility
Senior university student, expected graduation year 2025–2026.
Studying telecommunications, business administration, international trade or a related degree.
English proficiency is required, and Chinese is an advantage.
Strong PC and Office application skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
